A.A person holding a license to practice perfusion in this state may use the title "licensed perfusionist" and the abbreviation "L.P.".
B.A license holder must: 1. Display the license in an appropriate and public manner; or 2. Maintain on file at all times during which the license provides services in a health care facility a true and correct copy of the license in the appropriate records of the facility; and 3. Keep the State Board of Examiners of Perfusionists informed of any change of address.
C.A licensure issued by the Board is the property of the Board and shall be surrendered on demand.
