§ 59-2002 — Registration of health or health spa services.

A.No health spa shall offer or advertise health spa services unless first being registered with the Administrator of Consumer Credit. The registration shall: 1. Disclose the address, ownership, date of first sales and date of first opening of the health spa; 2. State the name and address of the registered agent of the registrant, if the registrant is a corporation; 3. Be renewed each succeeding calendar year; and 4. Be accompanied by an initial investigation and registration fee and an annual registration fee as prescribed by rule of the Commission on Consumer Credit.
B.Each separate location where health spa services are offered shall be considered a separate health spa and shall file a separate registration, even though the separate locations are owned or operated by the same owner. C.
