client. All licensed behavioral practitioners, except those employed by federal, state, or local governmental agencies, shall, prior to the performance of service, furnish the client with a copy of the Statement of Professional Disclosure as promulgated by rule of the State Board of Behavioral Health Licensure. A current copy of the document shall be on file with the Board at all times.
