§ 59-1943 — Hearings and records of hearings - Conformity with
Oklahoma·Title 59 Professions And Occupations
statute. The hearings provided for by the Licensed Behavioral Practitioner Act shall be conducted in conformity with, and records made thereof as provided by, the provisions of Article II of the Administrative Procedures Act.
