A.No person who is exempt from the provisions of the Oklahoma Security Guard and Private Investigator Act shall display any badge or identification card bearing the words "private investigator" or "private detective", or use any words or phrases that imply that such person is a private investigator or private detective.
B.No person licensed as a private investigator shall: 1. Divulge any information gained by the private investigator in his or her employment except as the employer of the private investigator may direct or as the private investigator may be required by law to divulge; or 2. Willfully make a false report to the employer of the private investigator or to a client. Any violation of this subsection, upon conviction, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than
