§ 59-1732 — Issuance of license - Duties of licensee - Surrender of
Oklahoma·Title 59 Professions And Occupations
license.
A.A person who meets the licensing qualifications is entitled to receive a license certificate as a licensed dietitian.
B.The licensee shall: 1. display the license certificate in an appropriate and public manner; and 2. keep the Board informed of his or her current address.
C.A license certificate issued by the Board is the property of the Board and must be surrendered on demand.
