Text

A.It shall be a ground for removal from the Committee if a member: 1. does not have at the time of appointment the qualifications required for appointment to the Committee; 2. does not maintain during service on the Committee the qualifications required for appointment to the Committee; or 3. violates any provision of the Licensed Dietitian Act.
B.If a ground for removal of a member from the Committee exists, the Committee's actions taken during the existence of the ground for removal are valid.
