revocation of certification. The Oklahoma Commissioner of Labor shall have the power to suspend, refuse renewal of or revoke the welding inspector's certification, and the power to place on probation or to reprimand the holder, if he is found guilty of an unauthorized practice. The Commissioner of Labor may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for an enforcement of its administrative decisions and rulings.
