§ 59-1610 — Powers and duties of Board.

A.The Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, in addition to the other powers and duties prescribed by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Licensing Act, shall have the power and duty to: 1. Regulate the practice of speech-language pathology and audiology in this state; 2. Examine the applicants and issue the appropriate licenses pursuant to the provisions of the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Licensing Act to applicants qualified in the practice of speech-language pathology and audiology; 3. Continue in effect, suspend, revoke, modify or deny, pursuant to the provisions of the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Licensing Act and such conditions as the Board may prescribe, licenses for the practice of speech-language pathology and audiology in
