Text

A.Applications to provide chiropractic continuing education seminars shall be submitted for review and approval by the Board of Chiropractic Examiners. An applicant shall submit to the Board for approval: 1. An application to provide continuing education in this state; 2. The agenda for the continuing education seminar; 3. The professional background of the instructors; and 4. A summary of the courses to be taught at the continuing education seminar.
B.Prior to approval of an application, the Board may authorize the Executive Director to temporarily approve applications, or amendments to an application, pursuant to the requirements specified by this section and the rules approved by the Board for continuing education programs. Continuing education credits may only be counted for seminars
