§ 59-1529 — Violations.

Willful violation of any of the provisions of this act shall be a misdemeanor upon first conviction punishable by not more than thirty (30) days in the county jail or by a fine not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or both. Subsequent convictions of a willful violation of this act shall be a Class D3 felony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
