sufficient. In any action brought under Section 15.24 or 15.27 of this title, evidence of the commission of a single action prohibited by the Oklahoma Accountancy Act shall be sufficient to justify a penalty, injunction, restraining order, or conviction, respectively, without evidence of a general course of conduct.
