The displaying or uttering by an individual or entity not registered in accordance with the Oklahoma Accountancy Act of a card, sign, advertisement, or other printed, engraved, or written instrument or device bearing the name of the individual or entity in conjunction with the words “Certified Public Accountant” or “Public Accountant” or any abbreviation thereof shall be prima facie evidence in any action brought pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Accountancy Act that the individual or entity whose name is so displayed or uttered caused or procured the display or uttering of such card, sign, advertisement or other printed, engraved or written instrument or device, and that such individual or entity is representing himself, herself or itself to be a certified public accountant, publ
