Text

Psychologists. The State Board of Examiners of Psychologists, in addition to the other powers and duties prescribed by the Psychologists Licensing Act, shall have the power and duty to: 1. Regulate the practice of psychology in this state; and 2. Examine and issue the appropriate licenses pursuant to the provisions of the Psychologists Licensing Act to applicants qualified in the practice of psychology; and 3. Continue in effect, suspend, revoke, modify, or deny, pursuant to the provisions of the Psychologists Licensing Act and such conditions as the Board may prescribe, licenses for the practice of psychology in this state; and 4. Investigate complaints, and hold hearings pursuant to the provisions of Sections 301 through 326 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes; and 5. Initiate prosecuti
