§ 59-1336 — Penalty.

Oklahoma·Title 59 Professions And Occupations
Any person violating any of the provisions of this act relating to bondsman shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for each offense, or imprisoned in the county jail for not more than one (1) year, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Any person acting as a bondsman without a license shall be subject to the penalties provided in this section.
