The Construction Industries Board shall establish by rule a process for the formal review of the plans and specifications for a project prior to bid dates for the project to ensure that the project plans and specifications are in conformance with applicable plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire sprinkler installation codes. The rule shall provide that the review shall be completed in a timely manner, not to exceed fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of the submission of a completed application for review which is accompanied by the review fee not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) to be established by the rule.
