A.Each person in charge of a correctional institution from which a person subject to the provisions of the Mary Rippy Violent Crime Offenders Registration Act is released and each judge who defers or suspends the sentence of a person subject to the provisions of the Mary Rippy Violent Crime Offenders Registration Act shall prior to discharge or release of the person: 1.
