Text
Immunity from liability. Neither the Pardon and Parole Board, District Attorney's office, Department of Corrections, nor their members, agents, servants or employees shall be liable for any civil claim of damages, alleged to have arisen from a failure to give any notice under this act, nor from a disclosure of the whereabouts of any person who had been convicted, paroled or pardoned.
