Text
A.Upon the granting of a parole by the Governor, and release of the inmate to the community, the Pardon and Parole Board shall provide written notification to the following: 1. The sheriff of the county in which the parolee is to reside; 2. The district attorney of the county in which the parolee is to reside; 3. The chief law enforcement officer of any incorporated city or town in which the parolee is to reside; 4. The sheriff of the sentencing county as defined in Section 513.2 of this title; 5. The district attorney of the sentencing county as defined in Section 513.2 of this title; 6. The chief law enforcement officer of any incorporated city or town in the sentencing county who has requested such notification; and 7. Any victim of the crime for which the parolee was convicted by mail
