noncompliance - Compliance at any time. The certificate required by Section 81 of this title shall be signed by at least two of the partners. Persons doing business as partners, under a fictitious name, contrary to the provisions of this article, shall not maintain any action on or on account of any contracts made or transactions had in their partnership name in any court of this state until they have first filed the certificate; provided however, that if the partners shall at any time comply with the provisions of Sections 81 through 86 of this title, the partnership shall have the right to maintain an action in all partnership contracts and transactions entered into prior to as well as after compliance, and the disabilities imposed on partnerships for failure to comply shall be thereby r
