Text
REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY. The Secretary of State shall revoke a certificate of authority of a foreign limited partnership to transact business in this state if the foreign limited partnership does not:
(1)pay, within sixty (60) days after the due date, any fee due to the Secretary of State under the Uniform Limited Partnership Act of 2010 or other law;
(2)deliver, within sixty (60) days after the due date, its annual certificate required under Section 28 of this act;
(3)appoint and maintain an agent for service of process as required by subsection (b) of Section 14 of this act; or (4) deliver for filing a statement of a change under Section 15 of this act within thirty (30) days after a change has occurred in the name or address of the agent.
