REINSTATEMENT AFTER CESSATION OF GOOD STANDING.

(a)A limited partnership that has ceased to be in good standing may apply to the Secretary of State for reinstatement after the date it ceased to be in good standing. The application must be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing and state:
(1)the name of the limited partnership and the date it ceased to be in good standing;
(2)that the grounds for cessation of good standing either did not exist or have been eliminated; and (3) that the limited partnership’s name satisfies the requirements of Section 8 of this act. If the limited partnership ceased to be in good standing because it failed to file an annual certificate or pay a required fee, the application shall be accompanied with the submission of all delinquent annual certificat
