Text
A.Upon filing an application with the Commission for approval of a transfer under Section 6 of this act, the transferee shall pay to the Commission: 1. A nonrefundable fee of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00); and 2. After the hearing, the additional costs actually incurred in excess of the fee.
B.All payments received from the transferee shall be paid into an agency special account and any unexpended portion other than the nonrefundable fee shall be refunded from the account pursuant to the provisions of Sections 7.1 et seq. of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
