Liquefied Petroleum Gas Fund - Expenditures.
A.All funds and fees, from whatsoever source derived, collected by the Administrator under the provisions of Section 420.1 et seq. of this title, shall be deposited into the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Fund, created in this section. Effective July 1, 2004, and for each fiscal year thereafter, the Administrator shall deposit ten percent (10%) of the total amount collected from fees and funds by the Administrator to the credit of the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury. The Administrator and the Board are hereby vested and empowered with the authority to make any and all necessary expenditures from the fund that in their judgment are reasonable and required to effectuate the purposes of this act.
