Text
The sections of this act and each part of such sections are hereby declared to be independent sections and parts of sections, and the holding of a section or part thereof or the application to any person or circumstances to be invalid or ineffective, or unconstitutional shall not affect any other section or part thereof or the application of any section or part thereof to other persons or circumstances. Added by 1933, c. 165, p. 383, § 9, emerg. eff. May 1, 1933.
