A.The Commissioners of the Land Office and the Gross Production Tax Division of the Oklahoma Tax Commission are hereby authorized to enter into such contracts and agreements as are necessary to purchase electronic measuring systems for natural gas produced from wells located within the State of Oklahoma as follows: 1. Such electronic measuring systems should make use of the best technology available and conform to all standards set forth by the American Gas Association, the American Petroleum Institute, the American National Standards Institute, or the American Society of Metalogical Engineers, or any other industry-wide standards which may hereafter be adopted; 2.
