funds to General Revenue Fund. The provisions of this act, Section 201 et seq, of this title, shall be in force and effect so long as the State of Oklahoma shall be and remain a party to "The Interstate Compact to Conserve Oil and Gas." In the event the State of Oklahoma withdraws from said Compact, the provisions of this act shall cease to operate and any unencumbered monies in "The Interstate Oil Compact Fund of Oklahoma" shall be credited to the General Revenue Fund of the State of Oklahoma.
