duties - Assistant representatives. The Governor is hereby designated as the official representative of the State of Oklahoma on "The Interstate Oil Compact Commission" provided for in the Compact herein authorized to be extended. The Governor shall exercise and perform for the State of Oklahoma all the powers and duties imposed by the aforesaid Compact upon a representative to "The Interstate Oil Compact Commission"; provided, that he shall have the authority to appoint an assistant representative who shall act as the official representative of the State of Oklahoma on "The Interstate Oil Compact Commission" when the authority to so act is delegated to him by the Governor.
