Text
Commission orders. The Corporation Commission of Oklahoma is hereby granted the right of condemnation by eminent domain for the purpose of obtaining rights-of-way when necessary to enforce orders issued by the Corporation Commission, provided, the right of condemnation hereby granted shall be restricted to such pipeline right-of-way easement and shall not be construed to authorize the obtaining of any other rights for drilling locations or other facilities, and the right-of- way easement obtained shall be without prejudice to the rights of the owner of such lands or other rights or interests therein as to all other uses thereof.
