applications with Commission or appear before Commission - Appeals.
A.In all matters pertaining to the making, issuing and enforcement of its rules or orders made pursuant to the provisions of this act the Corporation Commission shall have and exercise all the powers and authority granted to it under, and to the extent the same are reasonably applicable and except as herein specifically provided shall comply with the procedural requirements of Section 81 et seq. of Title 52 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or any amendment thereof, all to the same extent as if the powers and duties prescribed by this act had been included as a part of the powers and duties of the Commission under said Section 81 et seq. of Title 52 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
