§ 51-166 — Governmental and proprietary functions of political

subdivisions - Application of act. The distinction existing between governmental functions and proprietary functions of political subdivisions shall not be affected by the provisions of this act; however the provisions of this act shall apply to both governmental and proprietary functions.
