A.Service Oklahoma, in conjunction with the Department of Public Safety, shall adopt and prescribe such regulations concerning the administration and enforcement of Section 801 et seq. of this title as are necessary to carry out the intent of this act and to protect the public. Service Oklahoma or his or her authorized representative shall inspect the school facilities and equipment of applicants and licensees and examine applicants for instructor’s licenses.
B.Service Oklahoma shall administer and enforce the provisions of this act, and may call upon the State Superintendent of Public Instruction for assistance in developing and formulating appropriate regulations. C.
