Text
withdrawal – Liability for fees. Any person whose driving privileges have been withdrawn by the Department under the provisions of Chapter 7 of this title, and whose driving privileges are subsequently withdrawn for another violation of Chapter 7 of this title arising out of the same incident, shall not be required to pay to the Department any additional fees required by Section 6-212 of this title, as a condition of reinstatement of driving privileges from the subsequent withdrawal.
