Text

Whenever a person's driving privilege is suspended under this chapter and the filing of proof of financial responsibility is made a prerequisite to reinstatement of the driving privilege or the issuance of a driver license, no driving privilege shall be reinstated or a driver license issued unless the person, in addition to complying with the other provisions of this chapter, pays to Service Oklahoma the fees provided for in Section 6-212 of this title.
