Service Oklahoma, upon receipt of a certified copy of a judgment as prescribed in Section 7-308 of this title and a certificate of facts relative to such judgment, on a form provided by Service Oklahoma, shall forthwith suspend the driving privilege of any person against whom the judgment was rendered, except as hereinafter otherwise provided in this chapter.
