Text
If the defendant named in any certified copy of a judgment reported to Service Oklahoma, as prescribed in Section 7-308 of this title, is a nonresident, then Service Oklahoma shall transmit a certified copy of the judgment to the official in charge of the issuance of driver licenses of the state of which the defendant is a resident.
