§ 47-7-211 — Termination of security requirement.

The Department, if satisfied as to the existence of any fact which under Sections 7-207, 7-208, 7-209 or 7-210 would entitle a person to be relieved from the security requirements of this chapter, shall not require the deposit of security by the person so relieved from such requirement and shall terminate any prior order of suspension in respect to such person, provided that he has filed proof of financial responsibility, or, if security has previously been deposited by such person, the Department shall immediately return such deposit to such person or to his personal representative.
