Text
Any person who makes any false affidavit, or knowingly swears or affirms falsely to any matter or thing required by the terms of this chapter to be sworn to or affirmed, is guilty of perjury, a Class C1 felony offense, and upon conviction shall be punishable by fine or imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through E of Section 20L of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
