§ 47-6-208 — Period of suspensions - Renewal or restoration of
Oklahoma·Title 47 Motor Vehicles
license. Service Oklahoma shall not suspend a driver license or privilege to drive a motor vehicle on the public roads, streets, highways, turnpikes or other public place for a period of more than one (1) year, except as otherwise provided by law.
