§ 47-6-124 — Issuance of license or identification card - Veteran

A.As a way to honor and recognize the veterans who have served our country, Service Oklahoma shall make space available in a prominent location on the front of the driver license and the identification card for a flag emblem and the word "veteran" to be designed by Service Oklahoma that will serve as a notation of veteran status. In addition, no later than March 1, 2026, Service Oklahoma shall make the same space available for a flag emblem and the words "veteran" and "100%" to be designed by Service Oklahoma for persons who are a one hundred percent (100%) disabled veteran as described in subsection P of Section 6-101 of this title.
