A.There is hereby created a Driver License Medical Advisory Committee whose membership shall be composed of two members appointed by the State Commissioner of Health, two members appointed by the Commissioner of Public Safety, one member appointed by the Governor, one member appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and one member appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
