Act. A. Service Oklahoma shall offer or make available training and education for licensed operators and licensed operator employees, so that such licensed operators and employees shall be able to achieve and maintain compliance with the requirements of the REAL ID Act of 2005, Public Law No. 109-13, related to such licensed operators' and licensed operator employees' ability to be authorized participants in the REAL ID Compliant Driver License and Identification Card issuance, renewal and replacement process.
B.The training and education required by subsection A of this section shall be offered or made available: 1. At reasonable cost to licensed operators and licensed operator employees seeking authorization to participate in the REAL ID Compliant Driver License and Identification Card

Act. A. B. The training and education required by subsection A of this section shall be offered or made available: 1. At reasonable cost to licensed operators and licensed operator employees seeking authorization to participate in the REAL ID Compliant Driver License and Identification Card issuance, renewal and replacement process; and 2. On a regular basis as Service Oklahoma determines necessary and compliant in accordance with the Department of Homeland Security: a. at on-site locations located or rotating throughout the state, which shall not exceed four (4) hours in duration and shall cost no more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) to the licensed operators and licensed operator employees, and b. through an American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) on-line resource that is approved by the Department of Homeland Security. C. Every licensed operator seeking authorization to process approved applications or renewals for REAL ID Compliant Driver Licenses or Identification Cards shall be furnished all equipment required for such processing by Service Oklahoma without charge to the licensed operator. D. Service Oklahoma shall promulgate rules as necessary to implement the provisions of this section.
