information relating to school attendance or enrollment - Misdemeanor. Any person who creates, writes, publishes, enters, or submits false information relating to the attendance, nonattendance, verification of attendance or enrollment of a person in a school or a program of education pursuant to Section 34 of this act, knowing that such information is false, or any person who knowingly aids or abets another in the creation or submission of such information, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
