permit. Any person that possesses an agricultural exemption permit pursuant to Section 1358.1 of Title 68 of the Oklahoma Statutes, while in the course of an agricultural or ranching operation owned by the person and while conducting business within the state, may operate a Class A, B or C commercial motor vehicle if the person possesses any class of valid Oklahoma driver license. Provided, the provisions of this section shall not apply to the operation of any vehicle used for the transportation of any property for hire.
