The Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission may deny an application for a license, revoke or suspend a license, impose a fine against a manufacturer or distributor in an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) per occurrence, or impose a fine against a dealer in an amount not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per occurrence if any provision of the Recreational Vehicle Franchise Act is violated or for any of the following reasons: 1. On satisfactory proof of unfitness of the applicant in any application for any license under the provisions of the Recreational Vehicle Franchise Act; 2. For any material misstatement made by an applicant in any application for any license under the provisions of the Recreational Vehicle Franchise Act; 3. For any failure to comply with any
