manufactured home salesperson — Penalties.

A.It shall be punishable by an administrative fine not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for any person, firm, association, corporation, or trust to engage in business as, or serve in the capacity of, a used motor vehicle salesperson in this state without first obtaining a certificate of registration with the Oklahoma Used Motor Vehicle, Dismantler, and Manufactured Housing Commission. However, a person may sell used motor vehicles without obtaining a separate used motor vehicle salesperson’s certificate of registration if the person has a certificate of registration from the Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission to sell new or unused motor vehicles at a new motor vehicle dealer’s licensed franchise location which also sells used vehicles;
