§ 47-567 — Injunctions.

Oklahoma·Title 47 Motor Vehicles
The Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission is hereby authorized, without cost bond or deposit, to institute injunctive actions in courts of competent jurisdiction, in the name of this state on the relation of the Commission, to enforce the provisions of Sections 561 through 567, 572, 578.1, 579, and 579.1 of this title. Any licensee or other person who violates or threatens to violate any provision of this chapter or rule promulgated thereunder or order of the Commission may be enjoined from so doing.
