powersports vehicle salesperson — Penalties. It shall be punishable by an administrative fine not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for any person, resident, or nonresident to engage in business as, or serve in the capacity of, a new motor vehicle salesperson or powersports vehicle salesperson in this state without first obtaining a certificate of registration with the Oklahoma New Motor Vehicle Commission. The cost of registration for each new salesperson shall be set at Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) to be renewed annually. The cost of registration and any administrative fine is to be borne by the salesperson’s employing entity.
