§ 47-423 — Application for license - Separate application and license

for each motor vehicle. An application for a license as an itinerant merchant shall be made to the Commission or through any of its authorized agents upon forms to be prepared by the Commission. A separate application and license shall be required for each motor vehicle to be operated. The application shall be signed and sworn to by the applicant or his duly-authorized agent, if a natural person; if not a natural person, by some agent, officer or partner authorized to act for it.
