§ 47-3-106 — Service Oklahoma Revolving Fund — Service Oklahoma

Reimbursement Fund — Licensed Operator Performance Fund — Petty Cash Fund. A. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for Service Oklahoma to be designated the “Service Oklahoma Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and shall be budgeted and expended by Service Oklahoma for the restricted purposes of the monies as prescribed by law. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment. B. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for Service Oklahoma to be designated the “Service Oklahoma Reimbursement Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and shall be budgeted and expended by Service Oklahoma for the restricted purposes of the monies as prescribed by law. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment. C. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for Service Oklahoma, to be designated the “Service Oklahoma Computer Imaging System Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and shall be budgeted and expended by Service Oklahoma for the purpose of implementing, developing, administering, and maintaining the computer imaging system of Service Oklahoma. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment. D. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for Service Oklahoma to be designated the “Licensed Operator Performance Fund”. This fund shall be a continuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and shall be budgeted and expended by Service Oklahoma for the restricted purposes of the monies as prescribed by law. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for approval and payment. 1. The Licensed Operator Performance Fund shall be distributed to licensed operators in accordance with the applicable metrics determined by Service Oklahoma. 2. In the event that excess funds exist in the Licensed Operator Performance Fund after distribution to licensed operators pursuant to this subsection, the remaining funds are authorized to be expended for the purpose of purchasing back a licensed operator license from a licensed operator, pursuant to Section 1140 of this title. E. There is hereby created a Petty Cash Fund for Service Oklahoma. The fund shall be used by Service Oklahoma to operate cash drawers as necessary. The amount of the Petty Cash Fund shall be determined by the Director of Service Oklahoma and the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. Purchases from the Petty Cash Fund shall be prohibited. The Director of Management and Enterprise Services shall be authorized to prescribe forms, systems, and procedures for the administration of the Petty Cash Fund.
